Return Policy
Our product is sold with a lifetime warranty and can be returned for repair with a $2.00 shipping charge (Any replacement of beads or accessories will be an additional charge). Proof of purchase must be sent with return product on retail orders. Wholesale merchandise can be returned with a 15% restocking fee on all items, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
